Know that there are ways to deal well with stress, loss, and changes in life. Licensed Psychologist

Shawna Roberts, PsyD

I have had the honor of providing therapy for over 20 years having worked in inpatient, residential, and numerous outpatient settings including Denver Health Medical Center, University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, and Children's Hospital.  My treatment specializations include trauma recovery, infant mental health, child development, and anxiety.  I work with ages from infants to adults.  I have earned my Doctorate of Psychology from the University of Denver after completing my masters degree. I am a Clinical Supervisor and have taught many courses at the Graduate School of Professional Psychology at DU. I am part of the Harris Faculty at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.  With my EMDR certification, I am able to use this method to allow the past to stop interfering, a wonderful way to let go of old hurts and heal. When working with me, you will be provided a nonjudgmental way to overcome negative patterns and receive the support you need.

When I am not working, I enjoy hiking, yoga, dance and spending time with my friends and family including my two kids and husband.
