MHA Business Co-Owner, Licensed Psychologist
TJ Price, PsyD
Mindful Health is an important aspect of human health. Dr. Price believes he doesn’t succeed unless you succeed. He is half of Mindful Health Advantage; Dr. Roberts & I are here to help you heal, grow, and develop into the person you would like/want to be - to develop/construct a life you will be proud to have lived. We humans live in a very complex, stressful time in our history. It is often very difficult to know what to do, or how to heal. Know that there are ways to deal well with stress, loss, and changes in life. Dr. Price has found that it is very important to develop positive relationships with yourself, family, other people, and ideally, the whole world, and universe.
MHA Business Co-Owner, Licensed Psychologist
Shawna Roberts, PsyD, IECMH-E®
I have had the honor of providing therapy for over 20 years having worked in inpatient, residential, and numerous outpatient settings including Denver Health Medical Center, University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, and Children's Hospital. My treatment specializations include trauma recovery, pre and postpartum care, child development, and anxiety. I work with ages from infants to adults. I have earned my Doctorate of Psychology from the University of Denver after completing my masters degree. I am a Clinical Supervisor at the University of Denver and have taught many courses there. I am part of the Harris Faculty at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
With my EMDR certification, I am able to use this method to allow the past to heal, a way to let go of old hurts. When working with me, you will be provided a nonjudgmental way to overcome negative patterns and receive the support you need.
When I am not working, I enjoy hiking, yoga, dance and spending time with my friends and family including my husband and our two kids and two dogs.

Ruchi Malhotra, LPC
(she/her/hers)
I am here as an advocate, guide and witness to support your journey in healing and wellness. My goal is to partner with you to increase a sense of personal freedom, self-understanding and hope. I strive to create a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where you feel affirmed and can experience meaningful growth. As a therapist I offer presence, compassion and authenticity.
I am passionate about working from a strengths-based, anti-oppressive, trauma informed approach tailored to address your unique needs. I draw upon various modalities of therapy including, but not limited to EMDR inspired BrainSpotting, mindfulness, narrative and somatic techniques.
Areas of specialization include complex, intergenerational and identity based trauma, life transitions, internalized oppression, anxiety, grief/loss and self-empowerment.
I received my master’s in Applied Psychology and have been practicing for over 15 years. Currently, I hold a license as a professional counselor in the State of Colorado. In addition to being a therapist in private practice, I have worked at various settings (University of Colorado Boulder, Grant program for homeless youth, LGBTQI+ Community Center, and Victims Assistance).
I offer in person and virtual sessions for adults and teens. I believe in finding a therapist who is the right fit; therefore I offer a free 20-minute consultation. I would be deeply honored to be a part of your healing journey.
