Reflective Supervision and Consultation (RSC) provided for mental health clinicians and professionals who are seeking a deeper, more reflective approach to their clinical work.

Reflective supervision offers a consistent space to slow down, think collaboratively, and explore the emotional experience of clinical relationships. This process supports professional growth, strengthens reflective capacity, and helps sustain meaningful work over time.

Dr. Roberts works particularly well with advanced clinicians, early career professionals, and graduate-level trainees who are seeking depth, consultation, and thoughtful professional development beyond task-focused supervision.

As a Mentor-Clinical endorsed provider, Dr. Roberts offers endorsement-eligible Reflective Supervision and Consultation for all Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health Endorsement (I/ECMH-E®) categories, including:

Virtual Reflective Consultation Group for Depth and Professional Growth

Dr. Roberts is currently forming a virtual Reflective Consultation/Supervision group for clinicians and advanced trainees who want an ongoing reflective space to deepen their clinical work and professional identity.

This group is ideal for professionals seeking:

Clinical Supervision for Licensure

We offer clinical supervision for licensure in Colorado for mental health professionals.

Supervision is collaborative, relational, and tailored to your developmental stage as a clinician. In addition to meeting licensure requirements, our work supports deeper clinical insight, confidence, and professional identity development.

This supervision is a strong fit for clinicians who value reflection and want more than case management or checklist supervision.

Supervision Details:

• Individual and group clinical supervision available

• Typically meets weekly, biweekly, or monthly

• Offered in person in Lakewood, CO or virtually
